Job Description
Join SOLIDUM KONSTRUCTION as an HR Recruitment Officer. We are looking for a dedicated individual to design and implement our recruitment strategy, develop job descriptions, and assess candidates effectively.
Key responsibilities include sourcing candidates, conducting interviews, onboarding new employees, and building relationships with candidates. You will also monitor HR best practices and provide analytical reports.
This is a full-time position with benefits such as paid training, a potential pay raise, and supplemental pay including a 13th month salary and overtime pay. Work location is in-person with an 8-hour shift.
