Job Description
Conduct inbound and outbound calls to prospective and existing customers; present, promote, and sell products; identify needs and recommend solutions; meet sales targets and KPIs; document interactions and handle objections professionally. Requirements: proven call-handling experience, excellent verbal and written communication, strong problem-solving, customer-focused, able to work independently on night shifts.
