Job Description
Lead sales team to achieve room, banquet and events revenue targets. Manage corporate, group and event accounts; conduct sales calls and site inspections; coordinate with Front Office, Reservations and Operations; prepare reports and forecasts; monitor Philippine market trends. Requirements: Bachelor’s in Hospitality/Marketing, 2–4 years hotel sales experience in the Philippines, supervisory experience preferred, fluent English and Filipino, strong negotiation and presentation skills, MS Office; flexible hours. Full-time, on-site.
