Job Description

Job Summary:

Responsible for providing assistance in resolving problems, maintaining system integrity, and supporting Point of Sale (POS) users.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Provide first level IT-related support.
• Monitor phone, email, chat, and ticket queues.
• Log and diagnose issues across products and services.
• Manage user communication regarding incident progress.

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in IT-related fields; fresh graduates welcome.

Work location: Warehouse in Pasig City; may visit Head Office in Quezon City as needed.
