Job Description
We are hiring an Accounts Receivable Specialist at Spanex Technology to join our Medical BPO team. You will manage patient and insurance inquiries, resolve billing issues, and secure timely collections while maintaining healthcare compliance. This full-time, in-person role is based in Taguig; reliable commute or relocation is required. Salary Php30,00–33,00/month. Candidates must have 2 years’ experience on voice accounts in Healthcare or RCM, strong English communication, attention to detail, and an empathetic, professional approach. Successful candidates may be promoted to permanent employment.
