Job Description
We are seeking a detail-oriented Travel Booking Assistant (Non-Voice) to manage reservations via email and chat. You will handle flight, hotel, and transfer bookings, issue confirmations, and process changes and refunds.
Responsibilities include using GDS or online booking platforms, ensuring fare and policy compliance, accurate data entry, and timely written customer communication. Strong English writing skills, attention to detail, and problem-solving are required. Amadeus, Sabre, or Galileo experience is a plus.
