Job Description

Join our team: One Day Hiring — Full Time Onsite. We offer competitive salary (Php20,00–30,00), day/mid/night shifts, pioneer accounts, incentives, signing bonuses, and premium benefits. Responsibilities include handling inbound/outbound calls and chat support, resolving customer issues, maintaining accurate records, updating databases, following scripts, and collaborating with teams. Open to fresh graduates and applicants with or without BPO experience; High School/ALS graduates welcome. Strong phone etiquette, verbal/written interpersonal skills, and ability to multi-task required. Job type: Full-time, Permanent.
