Job Description
This is a fully remote position suitable for candidates throughout the Philippines.
Responsibilities:
- Recruit Insurance Agents via calls, emails, and texts.
- Manage leads and schedule appointments using Google Sheets.
- Coordinate with agents and manage social media engagement.
- Conduct interviews and facilitate onboarding processes.
- Build and implement recruitment campaigns.
Qualifications:
- Excellent English communication skills.
- Experience in recruitment is essential.
- Familiarity with Google Sheets.
Pay: Php45,00.00 – Php80,00.00 per month, full-time.
