Job Description
We are seeking a Talent Acquisition Specialist to manage full-cycle recruitment: sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding. You will partner with hiring managers, build talent pipelines, maintain ATS records, and improve candidate experience. Requirements: bachelor’s degree, 2+ years recruiting experience, strong communication, interviewing and sourcing skills, and familiarity with ATS and recruiting metrics.
