Job Description
As a Sales Support Specialist, you will assist the sales team by managing customer inquiries, preparing quotes and proposals, tracking orders, and maintaining CRM records. You will coordinate with operations and finance to ensure timely delivery, generate sales reports, and follow up on outstanding issues to improve customer satisfaction. Ideal candidates have strong communication skills, attention to detail, proficiency with CRM and MS Office, and at least 1–2 years of sales support or administrative experience.
