Job Description
Oversee daily operations, sales, staff and audit readiness across multiple Shell Select/Shell Shop sites. Lead GEA, TLAG, Food Safety and Must‑Have List audits, drive the Activ system transition, reduce spoilage and boost site performance. Require degree in Business/Retail Management, 2–3 years multi‑site retail/food experience, strong leadership, Excel and digital ordering skills; familiarity with CVGO, CSTORE, Activ. Area: Cabantian, Davao City. Full‑time, permanent, on‑site.
