Join St. Francis Shell Stations | Cimem Fuels Inc. as a Station Manager! The On-Site Coach will oversee daily operations, ensuring efficiency and compliance with Shell’s policies. Responsibilities include operational oversight, team leadership, safety management, financial accountability, and delivering excellent customer service 24/7. Key tasks involve daily sales reporting, wet stock management, auditor compliance, and emergency responsiveness.
Ideal candidates will have a bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience, strong leadership abilities, and proven station management experience. Flexibility to work shifts, including weekends, is essential.
