Job Description
Join us at Sta Lucia Mall Davao as a Mall Maintenance Manager. In this role, you will oversee the efficient operation and maintenance of all mall facilities, supervising maintenance staff and coordinating repairs to ensure a safe and welcoming environment for visitors and tenants.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in facilities management, engineering, or a related field.
- 2 to 5 years of experience in maintenance management, preferably in retail or commercial settings.
- Strong knowledge of building systems (HVAC, plumbing, electrical).
- Proficient in maintenance management software.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
- Willingness to work flexible hours including nights and weekends.
