Job Description
Become a part of our dynamic team! We seek a motivated individual with at least 4 years of customer service experience in the BPO/BPM industry and 3 years as a Team Leader for voice or inbound calls.
Your roles will include team management, coaching, and handling escalations. Must be open to rotational shifts and onsite work in Taguig. Competitive salary: Php44,00.00 – Php65,00.00, with HMO benefits for you and two dependents, plus bonuses.
