Job Description
We are seeking a reliable and experienced Front Desk Officer to join our dynamic team at Star View Hotel and Resort. As the first point of contact, you will greet and assist visitors, clients, and staff with professionalism.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist visitors and manage inquiries.
- Handle phone calls and messages.
- Schedule appointments and maintain records.
- Ensure the reception area is clean and organized.
- Manage check-ins/check-outs and other administrative tasks.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in a similar role.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Basic computer proficiency.
- Flexible to work in shifts.
- Resident of Silang, Cavite preferred.
Job Type: Full-time, Pay: Up to Php15,600/month.
