Job Description
Stark Asia Solutions seeks Customer Support Specialists in Manila to deliver courteous, efficient support across multiple channels for UK and Canada customers. Responsibilities include first-point contact, resolving complaints, promoting HelloFresh products, documenting issues, suggesting process improvements, and running internal projects. Candidates need 1 year international BPO voice experience, at least high school graduate, and must be willing to work in BGC and travel. Full-time permanent role, pay up to Php28,00/month.
