Job Description
We are seeking a Crew Manager to manage crewing supply for officers and ratings, prepare crew proposals, and oversee recruitment to ensure client compliance. You will maintain up-to-date 90-day rosters, monitor vessel manning and legal/union requirements, evaluate seafarer performance, identify training needs, keep accurate crew records, conduct pre-engagement and post-sign-off briefings, manage P&I claims and onboard issues, and submit monthly and annual reports. The role includes carrying out timely performance appraisals and working closely with recruitment and legal/welfare teams. Job Type: Full-time, Permanent.
