Job Description
Join our team at Stores Specialists, Inc. as a Payroll Supervisor! This pivotal role involves ensuring accurate payroll processing, coordinating with banks and government agencies to resolve employee-related issues.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Prepare salaries for regular and probationary employees
- Check timecards and monitor overtime, absences, and leaves
- Update employee credit and loans every payroll cut-off
- Submit summary reports to SS and BIR and prepare quarterly reports
- Assist employees with credit cards, loans, and benefits issues
- Orient new hires on payroll processes
Job Type: Full-time
Schedule: Monday to Friday
Work Location: In person
Requirements
- Physically and Mentally Healthy
- Minimum Age of 18 Years
- No Criminal Record
- Experience in the Related Field (Preferred)
- Good Communication Skills
- Minimum Education of High School Diploma
- Able to Work in a Team
- Able to Work Under Pressure
- Willing to Be Placed in the Designated Work Location
