This remote position involves addressing customer inquiries via email, phone, and instant messaging, ensuring a seamless experience for our students.
Ideal candidates will possess excellent communication skills, a friendly demeanor, and a proactive problem-solving approach. You must be available for weekday shifts from 8:30 am to 5:00 pm or 4:00 pm to 9:00 pm UK time for an initial month, with opportunities for extension.
