Job Description
Stride&Stroke seeks a Business Operations Officer reporting to the COO to monitor tasks, follow up with teams, track issues, coordinate inventory, shipments, payroll tracking, recruitment support and system rollouts. You will maintain trackers, escalate concerns, and ensure smooth multi-team operations. Ideal candidates have operations support or administrative experience, strong organization, attention to detail, discretion, and a proactive, hands-on attitude; retail, logistics, or multi-store background is a plus. Full-time, on-site role; salary Php25,00–35,00/month. Benefits include employee discount, company events, on-site parking, promotion opportunities, and pay raises.
