Job Description
Supercare Medical Services, Inc. is seeking a dedicated Assessment Staff member to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for:
- Receiving examinees/patients warmly and professionally.
- Updating patient information in our Medical Information System (MIS).
- Explaining medical examination packages and costs.
- Recording additional fees applicable to clients and patients.
- Maintaining organized records for reference.
- Responding to inquiries regarding medical packages.
- Preparing referrals for billing.

Requirements
- Willing to Be Placed in the Designated Work Location
- Minimum Education of High School Diploma
- Good Communication Skills
