Job Description
SUPERL PHILIPPINES, INC. is seeking a dedicated individual for the position of HR Industrial Relations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing quality guidance on company policies and handling employee grievances effectively.
Key responsibilities include addressing incident reports, preparing disciplinary action notices, maintaining confidential employee records, and collaborating with the HR manager to promote a positive workplace environment.
The successful candidate will prepare statistical reports on industrial-labor relations and perform other HR-related tasks as assigned.
