Job Description
As Workforce Supervisor you will lead daily staffing, schedule shifts, and optimize labor allocation to meet production targets while ensuring safety and compliance.
Responsibilities include coaching teams, monitoring performance metrics, resolving staffing gaps, coordinating with HR, and implementing continuous improvement initiatives.
Requirements: bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience, 3+ years in workforce or operations supervision, strong leadership, communication, and analytical skills. Proficiency with scheduling software preferred.
