Job Description
We are seeking a strategic Human Resources Director to lead talent acquisition, performance management, compensation, employee relations, and organizational development. You will design HR policies, advise senior leadership on workforce planning, drive culture and engagement initiatives, ensure legal compliance, and oversee HR operations and systems. The ideal candidate has 8+ years in HR leadership, proven experience in change management, strong communication and coaching skills, and a degree in Human Resources or related field. Experience with HRIS, analytics, and employment law preferred.
