Job Description
We are seeking an Airline Reservation Agent to manage flight bookings, ticketing and itinerary changes. You will handle customer inquiries via phone and email, operate GDS (Amadeus/Sabre preferred), process payments, and ensure accurate passenger data. Strong communication and customer-service skills, attention to detail, and ability to work flexible shifts are required. Prior experience in reservations or travel industry is a plus.
