We are seeking a Customer Support Specialist – Airline Booking to handle reservations, flight changes, ticketing, and travel inquiries via phone, email, and chat. You will resolve customer issues, process bookings and refunds, coordinate with airlines and provide accurate fare and policy information. Requires 1–2 years airline or travel support experience, strong communication in English, problem-solving skills, and familiarity with GDS or booking systems.
