Job Description
We are seeking an Insurance Team Manager to lead and develop a high-performing insurance sales and service team. You will set targets, coach staff, ensure regulatory compliance, optimize processes, and maintain strong client relationships. Responsibilities include performance analysis, sales strategy execution, reporting to senior management, and collaborating with underwriters and brokers. The ideal candidate has 5+ years in insurance operations or sales, proven leadership, excellent communication, problem-solving skills, and proficiency in MS Office. Insurance license and experience with CRM systems are preferred.
