Job Description
Oversee daily short-term rental operations: guest relations, maintenance requests, safety and compliance, inspections, vendor/contractor coordination, budgeting, financial records, and profitability. Requirements: 5 years property management; Bachelor’s in Business Administration, Real Estate or related; strong communication and organizational skills; vendor coordination and financial management experience; ability to work independently in a hybrid environment; real estate experience a plus. Job type: Full-time, Permanent. Pay Php30,00–60,00/mo. Benefits: health & life insurance, promotion opportunities, paid training. Location: In person.
