Job Description
Join Swak BPO Corp in Clark Freeport Zone as an IT Helpdesk Technician II. Manage tickets and SLAs, configure hardware, support onboarding and acquisitions, assist Tier 3 deployments, ensure app/patch compliance, escalate complex issues, and resolve tickets with client coordination. Require 2+ years in a similar role, strong customer service, application troubleshooting, and hardware/software skills. Benefits: international exposure, promotion/salary growth, HMO (one dependent after 2 years), free meals, shuttle, and recreation. On-site in Angeles City, Pampanga.
