Job Description
Provide second-level technical support for end-users by diagnosing and resolving hardware, software, and network issues. Manage and prioritize IT tickets, perform escalations, maintain accurate documentation, and assist with user account administration, backups, and system updates. Required: 2+ years helpdesk experience, strong knowledge of Windows, Office 365, basic networking, and remote support tools. Excellent communication, customer service, and problem-solving skills. Certifications (CompTIA A+, Network+, or Microsoft) and willingness to be on-call are preferred.
