Job Description
Swak BPO Corp., Clark Freeport Zone, seeks a Customer Service Representative. Handle customer inquiries via phone/email, provide accurate information, document issues, and build relationships. Use internet tools and MS Office; ensure customer satisfaction and support daily tasks. Require 6–12 months BPO/customer service experience, excellent English, problem-solving, multitasking, time-management; insurance knowledge a plus. On-site in Angeles City, Pampanga.
