Job Description
This position is responsible for effectively managing the hotel laundry operation, ensuring excellent laundry and dry-cleaning services in accordance with the Hotel’s standards.
Your experience and skills include:
- Previous pre-opening and Accor experience is an advantage.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar capacity.
- Ability to speak other languages and basic understanding of local languages is a plus.
- Ability to maintain high service levels under pressure.
