Job Description
Responsible for creating and implementing the Hotel Training Plan and budget aligned with hotel strategy. Monitor training needs, oversee departmental programs, and ensure L&D reflects hotel culture and values. Requirements: minimum 5 years L&D experience, HR process knowledge, strong leadership, interpersonal and training skills, excellent verbal and written communication; luxury brand experience preferred.
