Job Description
The Public Area Shift Manager oversees cleanliness, safety and presentation of all guest-facing and back-of-house public areas during each shift. Responsible for maintaining consistent operational standards, coordinating daily team activities, allocating tasks, planning resources and conducting quality audits. Acts promptly to resolve service gaps, respond to guest requests and liaise with Facilities Management and other departments to ensure a seamless guest experience. This full-time, permanent, on-site role requires strong leadership, attention to detail and a guest-service focus.
