Job Description
We are seeking a Contracts Administrator to manage construction contracts from award to completion. You will monitor contractor compliance, coordinate progress, review billing and claims, validate work with Engineering/Project teams, and manage variations, change orders and claims. Maintain contract records, ensure safety, quality and regulatory compliance, identify risks or cost overruns, and support dispute resolution and contract close-out. Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Construction Management or related field, 3–5 years’ experience in construction contract administration, strong contract and claims knowledge, excellent documentation, negotiation and communication skills, and familiarity with Philippine construction laws. Full-time, in-person position.
