Job Description
Provide administrative support to maintenance and marketing teams. Coordinate schedules, manage documentation, liaise with vendors, and assist project planning to ensure smooth daily operations.
Responsibilities include scheduling and tracking maintenance work orders, preparing reports, processing invoices, coordinating marketing activities, supporting events, and maintaining marketing materials and digital calendars.
