Job Description
We are seeking a proactive Business Development Assistant Manager to support growth initiatives, identify new market opportunities, and strengthen client relationships. You will assist in developing sales strategies, preparing proposals and presentations, conducting market research, and coordinating cross-functional teams to achieve revenue targets. The ideal candidate has 3+ years of business development or sales experience, strong analytical and negotiation skills, excellent communication in English, and a bachelor’s degree in business or a related field. Proficiency in MS Office and CRM systems is required. This role requires initiative, teamwork, and a results-oriented mindset.
