Job Description
Join our team as Business Development Assistant Manager, Site Acquisition in Silang, Cavite. You’ll lead site scouting, negotiate land leases and permits, coordinate with local governments and stakeholders, manage site validation and feasibility studies, and support rollout plans. Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering or related field; 3+ years in site acquisition or real estate; strong negotiation, communication and project management skills; willing to travel locally and liaise with communities.
