Job Description
Join Alfamart as a Set-Up Assistant in Pampanga. Support store openings by coordinating with leaders, collecting layout specs, managing fixtures and promo materials, assembling shelves and displays, and applying visual merchandising. Must meet timelines, follow instructions, and work solo or in teams. Requirements: 4‑year degree, retail/fast‑food experience preferred, strong organization and communication, physical stamina for lifting/assembly, and schedule flexibility.
