Job Description

Tawk.to is seeking a dedicated Inbound Dental/Medical Agent to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for preparing and submitting accurate claims to various insurance companies, preparing forms and related documentation, and communicating with office managers. You will also ensure compliance with company regulations and policies.

Key Responsibilities:

• Review coding for appropriate procedure codes.
• Submit claims with required documentation, including perio charting, X-rays, and clinical notes.
• Resolve claim denials and resubmit as necessary.
• Provide daily/monthly reports as requested.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Php35,00.00 – Php40,00.00 per month
