Job Description
Join TCLS Mortgage Processing Center of America Inc. as a Collection Interim Servicing Specialist. This full-time role offers the opportunity to work from home with company-issued equipment and an internet allowance.
Key responsibilities include managing delinquent mortgage loan accounts, contacting borrowers to resolve payment issues, and assisting with foreclosure processes. You will ensure compliance with relevant regulations and maintain detailed records.
Ideal candidates will have a 4-year Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accountancy, or Banking, along with at least 2 years of mortgage servicing experience. Strong communication skills and proficiency in MS Office are required. Pay starts at Php21,00.00 per month.
