Job Description
Tech Caldwell BPO is looking for dedicated individuals to fill the position of Hotel Booking Back Office Agent. Job Responsibilities:
- Follow standard operations and procedures.
- Ensure one call resolution while prioritizing customer satisfaction.
- Perform basic troubleshooting when necessary.
Qualifications:
- With or without BPO experience.
- At least a High School Graduate (Old curriculum) / ALS Graduate.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Work location: In person. Job Type: Full-time. Pay: Up to Php28,00.00 per month.
