Job Responsibilities:
- Follow standard operations and procedures.
- Escalate priority issues as per client standards.
- Ensure one-call resolution and prioritize customer satisfaction.
- Basic troubleshooting as required.
Qualifications:
- No BPO experience required; High School graduate at minimum.
- Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills.
- Ability to multitask and organize work effectively.
Pay: Up to Php30,00/month. Schedule: 8-hour shifts (Day/Night).
