We’re Hiring: Senior Associate – Quality (Spanish Bilingual)

Your Day-to-Day

  • Monitor all interactions to ensure accuracy of outputs
  • Coordinate and facilitate call calibration and training sessions with vendor Quality Assurance partners
  • Train and certify new Internal Quality Analysts (IQAs) or Vendor Quality Analysts (VQAs)
  • Publish quality trends, feedback, and improvement/enhancement reports
  • Deal tactfully and courteously with clients
  • Produce quality reports and dashboards such as TNI, Pareto, etc.
  • Drive process improvement and ensure process compliance
  • Align quality and RCA initiatives with CSAT targets (Vendor QA results)
  • Drive first call resolution and quality initiatives within the program

What We’re Looking For

  • Prior BPO quality assurance experience in Spanish bilingual programs is highly preferred but not required
  • Excellent communication skills in both Spanish and English (Spanish language certification is a strong advantage)
  • Familiarity with Spanish cultural norms; experience living in a Spanish-speaking country is preferred
  • Live customer support experience for users in a Spanish-speaking country is a plus
  • Flexibility to work shifting schedules depending on business needs
  • Willingness to work full onsite in either BGC or McKinley, Taguig
  • Openness to project-based employment with yearly renewal depending on individual performance and client needs
