Job Description
Responsible for overseeing online sales channels, managing product listings, promotions, and marketplace operations. Lead a small e-commerce team, coordinate with marketing and logistics, monitor KPIs (traffic, conversion, AOV), analyze sales data to improve performance, and implement UX and merchandising improvements. Ensure inventory accuracy and excellent customer service. Requirements: 3+ years in e-commerce, experience with platforms (Shopify, marketplaces), strong analytical skills, Excel and reporting, leadership and communication skills. Availability to start soon and adapt to fast-paced environments.
