Job Description
Techdynamics OPC seeks a full-time, in-person After-sales & Claims Specialist in Bonifacio Global City. Manage returns, refunds and abnormal orders on Lazada, Shopee and TikTok Shop; file appeals and claims; coordinate with CS, warehouse, logistics, finance and platforms; gather evidence and improve processes. Requirements: 1+ year e‑commerce after-sales/claims experience, strong problem-solving, attention to detail and English. Salary Php20,00–40,00/month; health insurance, employee discounts, extra leave and paid training; potential permanent promotion.
