Job Description
As Chief of Staff you will be the strategic partner to the CEO, coordinating cross-functional priorities and driving execution of critical initiatives. You will manage day-to-day operations, lead special projects, streamline processes, prepare briefings and support decision-making with analysis and stakeholder communication. The role requires strong leadership, exceptional communication, project management skills, discretion, and the ability to align teams toward company goals. Minimum 5 years of experience in operations, strategy, or program management, a bachelor’s degree, and proven ability to manage complex schedules and deliver results in a fast-paced environment.
