TeleCaldwell Careers is excited to announce openings for the position of Hotel Reservation Specialist, available for both Voice and Non-Voice accounts. Your responsibilities will include following standard procedures, ensuring customer satisfaction, performing basic troubleshooting, and effectively escalating priority issues.
We welcome applicants with or without BPO experience, providing you have a High School diploma or ALS Graduate status, and possess excellent communication skills. Work schedules are flexible with day, mid, and night shifts available.
