Job Description

Job Responsibilities:
- Follow standard operations and procedures.
- Recognize and escalate priority problems.
- Ensure one call resolution prioritizing customer satisfaction.
- Perform basic troubleshooting when necessary.
Qualifications:
- With or without BPO experience.
- At least High School Graduate (or ALS Graduate).
- Excellent communication skills.
Enjoy pay between Php22,00.00 – Php29,00.00 per month, with additional benefits.
