Job Description

Job Responsibilities:
- Follow standard operations and procedures.
- Recognize and escalate priority issues.
- Ensure one-call resolution prioritizing customer satisfaction.
- Perform basic troubleshooting as needed.
Qualifications:
- With or without BPO experience.
- High School Graduate or ALS Graduate.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Ability to multi-task and prioritize work.
Work Location: In-person | Pay: Php20,00.00 – Php28,00.00 per month
